Hi, I am Sadashiv Borgaonkar!

Early in my career, I realized that even strong organizations struggle when processes get complicated and people aren’t fully aligned. The failure is not because the tools were wrong, but because the human side of change was ignored.

Organizations plan meticulously for technical change, timelines, budgets, resources. But they forget to plan for the people's emotional journey; fear, confusion, doubt, and resistance.

That insight sparked my passion for transformation, helping teams cut through the noise and focus on what truly drives results.

That realization shaped my entire consulting practice and teaching philosophy: to make change real, relatable, and reachable for everyone; from the boardroom to the shop floor.
